Job Summary
Assistant Retail Store Manager at My Wireless (AT&T Authorized National Retailer): assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experience and technology solutions across AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, maintaining store operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance; developing and training team members; delivering excellent customer service to drive sales and meet performance goals; participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities; and pursuing opportunities for advancement to store-management roles. Requires management experience, retail or customer-facing sales experience, ability to work flexible hours, strong communication and organizational skills, and a focus on achieving AT&T standards and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field (Required)
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
