Job Summary
Assistant Retail Store Manager at My Wireless (AT&T Authorized National Retailer) supporting the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions across AT&T products/services. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding personal and location goals, executing sales and operations initiatives, assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, developing and coaching team members, guiding customers in making device/service purchases, and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Qualifications emphasize management experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment, ability to work flexible hours, strong performance orientation, leadership and coaching ability, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred; telecommunications retail experience and outbound prospecting preferred). The role requires being 18+ in the US and eligible to work; location indicated as Sacramento, CA area with additional US locations mentioned.
