Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching the team, maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, and executing sales and operation initiatives. Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service while participating in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards through outbound prospecting and engaging sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
