Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching team members, maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, while executing sales and operation initiatives to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards. Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service, participate in daily marketing activities, and develop your skills toward managing your own location. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support an energetic environment focused on customer satisfaction and engaging sales.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
