Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching, leading, and developing team members while maintaining location operations, staffing, and inventory. Execute sales and operation initiatives to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards, helping customers make buying decisions through outstanding service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities and maintain a clean, organized environment for customers and staff. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
