Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and technology solutions for AT&T products. Execute sales and operation initiatives while maintaining location standards for staffing, inventory, and appearance. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Motivate and coach staff to meet performance goals and develop skills for future store management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Must be legally able to be employed in the US
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
