Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and technology solutions for AT&T products. Execute sales and operation initiatives to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards while maintaining location operations, staffing, and inventory. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities. Train and develop team members while fostering a clean, energetic environment that supports collective goal achievement. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support this fast-paced retail team.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree
