Job Summary
Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching team members, maintaining location operations, staffing, and inventory, while executing sales and operation initiatives to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service, participate in daily marketing activities, and deliver technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products. Maintain a clean work environment and support team members in developing skills to become top store managers. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Must be legally able to be employed in the US
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and fine handle display materials and merchandise
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
