Job Summary
Meet and exceed personal performance goals while executing sales and operation initiatives to maximize selling opportunities. Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance, while developing and training team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Help customers make buying decisions by providing technology solutions across AT&T products and services. Participate in marketing activities and maintain a clean work environment for customers and colleagues. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
