Job Summary
Manage retail operations and assist the store manager in coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service and technology solutions. Execute sales and operational initiatives while maintaining inventory, staffing levels, and store appearance. Help customers make buying decisions through outstanding service and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in a similar field
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Management experience in the Wireless Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls
