Job Summary
Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through an assigned account base and prospecting new clients in assigned markets. Manages key accounts, conducts site inspections, coordinates SMART contracting for optimal yield during annual rate negotiations, and participates in trade shows, workshops, and events. Supports the Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing in defining annual sales plans and budgets with statistics and forecasts, cross-sells Kempinski Hotels, and maintains accurate sales actions in SFA (S&C) and OPERA CRM. Requires 3-5 years in Sales & Marketing, fluent English, Excel/Word proficiency, teamwork, and a professional sales mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a strong asset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intermediate IT skills in Excel and Word
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional image and approach to sales and marketing
