Job Summary
Assist in managing a branch real estate sales office by recruiting and developing sales and support staff, providing leadership to ensure performance objectives are met, and contributing to the development of business strategies. Track sales performance, manage departmental budgets, and ensure effective work environments. Participate in community activities and represent the office effectively. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, real estate experience, management skills, and a Licensed Realtor status with a goal toward broker licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience
- Two plus years of real estate experience, including supervisory/management experience
- Experience in handling real estate transactions
- Knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws
- Strong computer experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Realtor with the goal of achieving a broker’s license
- Continuing education credits in real estate and management
