Job Summary
Assist Sales Manager in driving sales performance for Tawazon Chemical Company in Indonesia. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, manage client accounts, draft and process sales agreements, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, mentor and monitor the sales team, perform market analysis, prepare detailed sales reports, and support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Contribute to sales forecasting, collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and logistics for smooth execution of activities, gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvements and growth opportunities, and help with training, motivation, and performance tracking across the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5+ Years with supervisory experience
