Assistant Sales Manager

Assist in leadership of European Wax Center, driving the front desk team to exceed performance metrics and guest-satisfaction goals. Lead by example, supervise and coach front desk personnel, manage inventory and center procedures for operational efficiency, ensure adherence to policies and safety standards, collaborate with Center Manager and leadership to drive center business success, and leverage strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel; POS/electronic booking systems) to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment. The role requires guiding a front desk Guest Service Associate team, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining an energetic, customer-focused workplace. Salary comprises base, bonus, and commission structures, with a typical full-time schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
