Job Summary
Assistant Safety Manager responsible for overseeing the administration of the Health and Safety Program (HSP) and contractual safety requirements to prevent and correct unsafe working conditions at the project level. Provides leadership on safety and training, coordinates inspections and risk assessments, documents safety findings and corrective actions, supports pre-construction risk analysis, conducts comprehensive field safety training (e.g., fall protection, scaffolding), assists in incident investigations and claims management, maintains records, and collaborates with the project team and external entities (OSHA, EPA, DOT) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
