Assistant Royal Service Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the Royal Service team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, overseeing front office operations (switchboard, dining reservations, guest pre-registration, loyalty programs, and online-review response management), mentor and develop agents and supervisors, analyze guest feedback to drive operational changes, act as Guest Recovery mentor, coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest stays, maintain telephone system, manage performance logs and coaching, assist Front Office Manager with recruitment, scheduling and payroll, and uphold emergency procedures while fostering collaboration with Security and Engineering. Requires leadership, organization, and strong interpersonal skills, with a background in hospitality frontline operations and familiarity with property-management and guest-service systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ previous supervisory/management experience in Front Office Operations
- Knowledge of computerized Front Office systems required with emphasis in Property Manager
- Graduate of Hotel Management or Hospitality program a definite asset
