Assistant Rowing Coach

Assistant Rowing Coach supports the head coach in day-to-day rowing program operations. Responsibilities include providing instruction for practices and regattas, helping create training plans, executing race strategies, preparing and analyzing performance breakdowns post-competition, identifying highly qualified prospective student athletes, assisting in retention efforts, and maintaining basic boat care. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend and/or night work, and travel with the team during the season. 9-month, part-time position at Simmons University with a focus on inclusive excellence and social justice in a collaborative, diverse workplace.
