Job Summary
Provide instruction to rowing student-athletes on fundamentals and racing strategies while following USRowing guidelines. Design and execute novice/walk-on programs and actively support the NCAA's Life in the Balance platform. Assist in recruiting, retaining athletes, and monitoring their academic progress. Manage team equipment, arrange lodging and meals for travel, and handle trailer/boat transportation. Assume head coach duties in absence and secure donations, sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 3 years of work related experience
