Job Summary
Assist the Head Rodeo Coach in planning, directing, and coaching the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association team while providing technical instruction during practices and competitions. Recruit student athletes, oversee athlete conduct and conflict resolution, and support academic monitoring including attendance and curfew checks. Coordinate activity travel, promote events, and maintain a clean facility. Travel, early morning, evening, and weekend work is required. This part-time staff position reports directly to the Head Rodeo Coach and focuses on developing student-athletes' potential within an ethically run, regionally competitive program.
