Job Summary
Collaborate with the Viewing Room Manager to meet and exceed sales goals while fostering a positive company culture through team building and mentorship. Maintain an organized, multitasking-oriented approach to daily responsibilities, building strong rapport with customers to provide an exceptional, informed shopping experience. Assist with management tasks to ensure the team delivers a first-class experience, leveraging computer skills to enhance productivity and upholding a clean, safe work environment. Align scheduling with the Manager's Days Off to optimize team operations and efficiency. This role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience and availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and sale holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred experience as an ASM or in a similar management role
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to inspire team growth
- A dynamic, articulate, and approachable personality with strong communication abilities
- Passion for high-quality products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and sale holidays
