Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with a store manager, focusing on merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives. Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while driving service goals and leveraging training to develop leadership capabilities. Manage and develop staff, coordinate with stakeholders on store initiatives, and apply planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to optimize store performance. Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
