Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, and ensuring customers experience best-in-class service. Responsible for merchandising and product launches, helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, and conducting outreach and promotional activities including off-site events. Role involves leading a team, developing staff, and applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
