Job Summary
Retail Assistant Store Manager responsible for overseeing and maximizing sales via the Aeon Bukit Tinggi store, co-leading the retail team to maintain visual merchandising and store standards, managing cash handling, greeting customers, opening/closing procedures, merchandise replenishment, scheduling, recruiting and training staff, and achieving sales targets. Requires data-driven approach with ability to analyze data for stock forecasting, strong communication in English/Chinese/Malay, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
