Job Summary
Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring company policies are followed, and maintaining a professional presence on the sales floor. Assist customers and team members while executing hands-on tasks such as bin flips, cleaning, stocking, and staging. Manage scheduling, timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and employee records, while promoting accountability, safety, and addressing maintenance needs. Collaborate with management, HR, Logistics, and Marketing teams to drive store success and adapt quickly to resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- prior retail leadership or supervisory experience
