Assistant Retail Manager on a hands-on, floor-based leadership team that supports the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations, customer experience, and staff performance. Responsible for assisting with scheduling, payroll accuracy, reporting, and employee records; promoting accountability and safety; coordinating training and weekly marketing tasks; and adapting to daily operational challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
