Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director leads and supervises Tanning Consultants to achieve store goals, drives a high-energy, client-centric environment, coaches and trains staff, monitors daily salon operations, generates sales reports, manages inventory, and assists with controlling top-line revenue and expenses. This role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekend coverage, and a five-day work week with an approximately 40–45 hour schedule; the position emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and maintaining an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail salon setting.
Required Qualifications
