Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director role supporting store performance and client-centric service in a fast-paced tanning-salon environment. Lead and supervise Tanning Consultants, drive daily salon operations, coach and develop team members, generate sales and inventory reports, assist in controlling top-line revenue and labor costs, and ensure a high-energy, professional, clean salon. Requires working five days per week with a schedule that may include nights and weekends; college education is preferred but not required, with management/sales experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership, customer service, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple situations in a fast-paced setting.
