Job Summary
Assistant Retail Manager in a Sun Tan City Glow Brands store seeking motivated leaders to join the management team. Responsibilities include maintaining a high-energy, client-centric salon environment, supervising Tanning Consultants, driving store performance, coaching and training staff, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with top-line revenue and expenses, ensuring proper staffing for productivity, and working a five-day week with roughly 40–45 hours (nights and weekends as needed). Preferred college education but not required; experience in retail management and sales, strong customer service, and leadership abilities are valued.
