Job Summary
Lead and supervise tanning consultants to drive store performance and deliver client-centric service. Manage daily salon operations, coach and develop staff, monitor inventory and labor costs, generate sales reports, support budgeting, and ensure staffing and scheduling to maintain a high-energy, professional environment. Requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a ~40–45 hour weekly schedule.
