Assistant Retail Manager Full Time

Assistant Salon Director/Assistant Retail Manager accountable for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric salon environment, driving store performance, coaching and supervising tanning consultants, and ensuring operational excellence to meet productivity goals. Responsibilities include overseeing daily salon operations, leading by example in service and sales, maintaining a clean and professional environment, setting team goals, delivering coaching and training, generating sales reports, managing inventory, supporting Salon Director in revenue and expense control, ensuring appropriate staffing for productivity and service levels, and providing management coverage including nights and weekends as needed. Qualifications emphasize retail management experience, strong customer service, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting; college education is preferred but not required, with basic computer skills (Word,Excel,Outlook) and supervisory capabilities.
