Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive salon environment, driving store performance, and delivering a client-centric service. Leads and supervises Tanning Consultants, coaches and trains staff, sets clear goals, generates sales reports, manages inventory, assists in controlling top-line revenue and expenses, maintains staffing levels for productivity and service excellence, and ensures adherence to operational practices. Requires ability to work nights and weekends, manage scheduling, and uphold leadership responsibilities with a focus on customer service and team development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent not specified in posting
- College education preferred, but not required (implied)
- Retail management experience preferred
- Customer service and leadership experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
