Assistant Retail Manager Full Time

Assistant Retail Manager in a full-time role responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric environment. Oversees salon operations, drives store performance, coaches and mentors team members (including Tanning Consultants), and ensures customer service excellence. Key duties include managing daily operations, setting goals, delivering coaching and training, generating sales reports, inventory control, labor-cost management, staffing optimization, and ensuring a professional, clean salon. Flexible scheduling with the expectation to work nights and weekends as needed; approximately 40–45 hours per week. Preferred but not required: college education and management/sales experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Emphasis on achieving personal sales targets and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.
