Assistant Retail Manager Full Time

Motivated leader to join the management team at Sun Tan City. Oversee daily salon operations, coach and supervise Tanning Consultants, drive client-centric service, and help achieve productivity goals. Responsibilities include managing staffing, coaching staff, generating sales reports, maintaining a professional salon environment, and ensuring high levels of customer service while controlling labor costs. Must be able to work nights and weekends; typical schedule around 40–45 hours per week. College education preferred but not required; experience in management and/or sales preferred but not required. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
