Job Summary
Assist in directing daily salon operations and lead a team of Tanning Consultants to deliver client-centric service in a fast-paced retail environment. Key duties include monitoring operations, coaching and training staff, establishing goals for team members, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, supporting Salon Director with revenue and expense control, and ensuring adequate staffing for peak hours including nights and weekends. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple situations and use basic computer tools; college education is preferred but not required. Five-day work week with approximately 40–45 hours, with opportunities for bonuses and ongoing professional development.
