Assistant Retail Manager Full Time

Assistant Salon Director/Assistant Retail Manager role responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric store environment, driving store performance, coaching and supervising Tanning Consultants, and leading by example in operations, customer service, and sales. Requires strong leadership, ability to coach/train staff, manage scheduling and staffing levels, generate sales reports, monitor inventory, control labor costs, and ensure compliance with company standards. Flexibility to work five days per week, including nights and weekends, with potential for 40–45 hours per week depending on status. College education preferred but not required; prior management or sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to handle fast-paced retail environment and deliver exceptional client experiences.
