Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director at Sun Tan City oversees daily salon operations, leads and supervises Tanning Consultants, drives store performance and customer-centric service, coaches and trains team members, generates sales reports, manages inventory, supports Salon Director with revenue and expense control, maintains a high-energy, clean, professional salon environment, and helps with staffing to ensure productivity while controlling labor costs. Requires retail management experience, strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and flexibility to work nights and weekends; five days per week with a 40–45 hour schedule depending on status.
