Job Summary
Assist the Salon Director in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, supervising Tanning Consultants, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring operational excellence to meet productivity goals. Lead by example in client-centric service, monitor daily operations, manage staffing levels and labor costs, generate sales and inventory reports, and support top-line revenue growth through effective coaching, training, and leadership while maintaining a professional, clean salon environment.
Required Qualifications
- College education preferred, but not required
- Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
- Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Team building skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
