Assistant Retail Manager Full Time

Assistant Salon Director responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric salon environment, supervising Tanning Consultants, driving store performance, and leading by example to meet productivity goals. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and coaching abilities; duties include daily operations management, goal setting for team members, training and development, generating sales reports, inventory control, budgeting, staffing oversight, and ensuring proper labor costs while providing management coverage including nights and weekends. Candidate should have retail management experience and the ability to work five days per week with a typical 40–45 hour schedule; college education is preferred but not required, and management/sales experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential.
