Assistant Salon Director/Assistant Retail Manager role leading tanning-salon team in Nashville Green Hills. Responsible for maintaining a high-energy, client-centric environment, driving store performance, supervising Tanning Consultants, coaching and developing staff, achieving productivity goals, generating sales reports, managing inventory and expenses, and ensuring proper staffing and scheduling. Requires leadership, customer service excellence, ability to work nights/weekends as needed, and ability to operate in a fast-paced retail/salon setting. College education is preferred but not required; management or sales experience is preferred but not required.
