Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director/Retail Manager in Nashville (Green Hills) oversees high-energy salon operations, leads Tanning Consultants, drives client-centric service, and maintains productivity goals. Responsibilities include coaching and developing Team Members, generating sales reports, managing inventory, assisting with budgeting and expense control, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining staffing levels. Must be able to work five days per week with a 40–45 hour schedule, including nights and weekend shifts as needed. Desired candidates have retail management or supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with basic computer tools; college education is preferred but not required.
