Assistant/Retail Manager

Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the General Manager while maintaining high retention through applicant identification and leader development. Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring products are in-stock. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Conduct area pricing surveys using a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Perform multi-tasking duties involving repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
