Job Summary
Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the General Manager while maintaining high retention through applicant identification and leader development. Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in-stock, while assisting in implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance for area pricing surveys, with a high school diploma or GED preferred for candidates lacking retail management experience. Full-time hours with competitive pay, 401K, and weekly paychecks are available.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License from the state of residence and auto insurance in order to conduct area pricing surveys
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
