Assistant/Retail Manager

Job Summary
Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the General Manager for all store employees while maintaining high retention through applicant identification and leader development. Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock. Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling and fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Conduct area pricing surveys using a valid driver's license and auto insurance. This role requires the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
