Job Summary
Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the General Manager for all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging employee productivity. Keep the environment clean and safe by complying with health and sanitation procedures while ensuring products are in-stock. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required for conducting area pricing surveys. Full-time hours are available with competitive pay, 401K, weekly paychecks, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License from the state of residence and auto insurance in order to conduct area pricing surveys
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
