Job Summary
Assistant Restoration Production Manager at SERVPRO leads daily restoration operations, oversees field crews and resources, coordinates projects, supports production and project managers, and facilitates customer communications while progressing into higher leadership roles. The role involves hands-on field operations, emergency response involvement, scheduling and workflow management, documenting job notes and moisture readings, gear and fleet maintenance, training and accountability of crews, and ensuring quality inspections and billing-ready documentation. Growth opportunities include advancing to Production Manager, Restoration Project Manager, Large Loss Project Manager, or Operations Leadership. Candidate profiles include experienced restoration technicians, crew chiefs, lead technicians, mitigation supervisors, construction foremen, veterans, and field leaders who demonstrate leadership, reliability, and the ability to develop into larger management responsibilities. The position requires on-call rotation and participation in emergency response events, with a normal business-hour focus but readiness to support after-hours needs.
Required Qualifications
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, cleaning, or related industry experience preferred.
- Crew Chief, Lead Technician, Supervisor, Foreman, or leadership experience preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally.
- Ability to lead others, provide direction, and maintain accountability.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, subject to applicable law.
