Assistant Restoration Production Manager

Job Summary
Assistant Restoration Production Manager to oversee daily restoration operations, coordinate crews, equipment, and resources, conduct job site visits and quality inspections, assist with project scheduling and workflow, support crew training and accountability, ensure documentation and photos are completed accurately, communicate with customers on project progress, participate in emergency response activities and large-loss events, and support production and project managers while promoting leadership and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, cleaning experience preferred
- Crew Chief, Lead Technician, Supervisor, Foreman, or leadership experience preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
- Ability to lead others, provide direction, and maintain accountability
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, subject to applicable law
- Emergency Response & On-Call Expectations: participate in on-call rotation and assist during emergency events
