Job Summary
Assistant Restoration Production Manager with SERVPRO in Bear, DE leads and coordinates daily restoration operations, supports water/fire/mold/biorelated projects, coordinates crews, equipment, and resources, conducts site visits and inspections, assists with scheduling and documentation, and participates in on-call emergency response. You will support production/project managers, promote teamwork and accountability, and develop into higher leadership roles. The role emphasizes field and operational leadership, customer communication, quality control, and readiness to grow into Production Manager, Restoration Project Manager, or Operations Leader. Key skills include project coordination, resource planning, incident response, documentation accuracy, customer service, problem-solving, and strong communication. Requirements include experience in restoration or related industries, leadership experience preferred, basic computer proficiency, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Required Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, cleaning or related fields preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Crew Chief, Lead Technician, Supervisor, Foreman)
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
