Job Summary
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations (front-of-house and back-of-house), support management in delivering high service standards, train and develop staff, manage inventory and stock control, engage with guests to resolve queries, and collaborate on initiatives to improve service and efficiency. Leverage leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a positive dining experience, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to a growing hospitality team in a London restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in the hospitality industry (approx. 2+ years)
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing and mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure
