Job Summary

Responsibilities include overseeing reservations, table management, and guest flow; handling customer feedback professionally; supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training; driving team engagement and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and compliance with procedures. Deputise for senior management when required and contribute to labour control, productivity, and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.
