Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager support to Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability, delivering safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers. The role requires being at least 18, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail (P&L responsibility), a 50-hour work week, and basic computer literacy. High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required, and reliable transportation is needed. Strong emphasis on leadership, analytical/decision-making skills, and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for long periods).
